A convergence of global wisdom shines light on the inner universe within us.

We are delighted to announce the screening of the unreleased documentary The Heart Revolution here on Osaki-Kamijima Island.

The film introduces the concept of Heart Intelligence—the intuitive wisdom of the heart that brings harmony to our emotions, thoughts, and body, and helps us reconnect with our inner voice and true nature.

In addition to the screening, we will host a workshop led by Motoko Kimura, a certified trainer from the HeartMath Institute, the pioneering organization behind the Heart Intelligence concept. This workshop offers a deeper understanding and direct experience of Heart Intelligence.

The event is structured in two parts:

Part 1 – Screening of the unreleased film The Heart Revolution

Part 2 – A participatory session to connect with and share experiences of the “wisdom of the heart”

Japanese subtitle translation and domestic coordination of the film have been made possible through our connection with the director, Benedikt Just, and are being carried out by Healing Connections.

The themes explored in this documentary—human consciousness, emotions, and connection—resonate deeply with the values of the Osaki-Kamijima Retreat, which emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and awareness. In particular, the qualities of Heart Intelligence—its capacity to guide us into inner stillness and nurture deep connection—beautifully align with the retreat’s vision.

Moved by this resonance, the Osaki-Kamijima Retreat is honored to co-host this event.
