How much meditation is there?

Each morning, we begin with a short period of meditation.


There may also be quiet moments of sitting during the day.

At times, in nature or by the sea,

you may enter a meditative state without sitting at all.


Meditation in this retreat is not a form of training.

It is simply a time to return to your own sensing.


There is no need to continue if it feels uncomfortable.

We value a sense of ease.
