About the event
This program is ideal for those who are interested in meditation, have just started, or are looking for a community to share the experience with. Beginners are warmly welcome.
Program Details
The course consists of three consecutive sessions over three days:
Day 1: April 28, 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM JST (1.5 hours)
Day 2: April 29, 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM JST (1.5 hours)
Day 3: April 30, 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM JST (1.5 hours)

Guidelines for a Comfortable Experience
Join from a quiet and comfortable space.
You may meditate seated on the floor or in a chair.
If sitting on the floor, cross-legged (agura) is common. Placing a cushion or yoga block under your hips can help with stability.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that keeps you at a comfortable temperature.
If it’s chilly, have a blanket nearby for warmth.
